Kate Loves Pete Part 26

The Kate Moss and Pete Doherty saga goes on…. and on…. and on yawn. The British newspapers again were full last weekend of more stories regarding the on off couple. So in good old plain English that’s another weekend when the tabloid news journalists had no “real� news to report so resorted to the page filler and (it seems) popular reporting of various stories regarding these celebs of the day. If it wasn’t for Madonna and baby David and the acrimonious battle between Macca and soon to be ex Mrs Macca, they’d be front page yet again.

Various newspapers reported that Kate is pregnant with Pete’s baby. Whether Pete is coherent enough to know about it is unsure. Pete’s uncle, speaking to the Sunday Mirror newspaper said “That is why they want to get married. Pete told me they want a baby together to cement their marriage. I am made up for them. I wish them every success. They’re so happy, they love each other. I can’t wait for the wedding - we are just waiting for a date.”

Since Pete’s band BabyShambles formed, they’ve failed to appear and fulfil gigs more times than I’ve read stories about Kate and Pete in Sunday newspapers (which is a lot). This makes me fear Pete may miss the birth if the rumour is indeed true. Pete’s popular, there’s no doubting that, and a pin up for the teen to twenties girls who fall at his feet, regardless (or maybe because) of his very well reported flaws.

This story will continue…next weekend…all newspapers.
