Jeremy Kyle Is A Hypocritical Lying Gambling Addict… According To Ex Wife Kirsty Rowley
I’ve made no secret of the fact I’m not a big Jeremy Kyle fan, as I find him one of the most obnoxious people on television. I’ll stand by my appraisal of him as Jerry Springer without the humour or class.
For those outside of the UK, or not a member of the underclass, Jeremy Kyle has a chat show, come agony aunt type programme, which wholly exists to grab the dregs of society off the streets and place them on our televisions for everyone to laugh at. Here’s a spoof clip on YouTube which should help you realise what the show is like.

Jeremy’s role in all this is as the ringmaster and master of ceremonies who conducts his prey as they admit to being a druggie, or of cheating on their partner, or if Jeremy had his way, of being the worst human being ever to have lived on Earth. He pretends he cares, but you can see in his eyes he’s just in it to provide some cheap entertainment for the masses and give himself a nice pay packet.
So I’m overjoyed this fine Monday morning to learn that his ex wife Kirsty Rowley has spoken to a Sunday newspaper and dished all the dirt on him. And it turns out our friendly Jezza is no angel himself, and is actually a “hypocritical liar”.
Rowley told the Sunday Mirror:
“The man I married wouldn’t have been out of place as a guest on his own TV show, the programme is crass, it’s embarrassing - and for Jeremy to go on there acting like some kind of agony uncle is sheer hypocrisy. He was a liar.”
“It turned out my marriage was based on lies. He told me he’d inherited £70,000 from his grandmother.”
“When he later ran up a gambling debt, he couldn’t pay it back - and if he’d had £70,000 he would have been able to. And when we needed to pay off the overdraft the £70,000 was nowhere to be seen. He either gambled it or lied that he’d inherited it.”
“I went to draw some money out of our joint account to buy maternity clothes only to find there was nothing in there. When I confronted him he admitted he had been gambling on horses. I’d been to the races with him when I was three months pregnant. We had a flutter but as far as I was aware it was modest. Unbeknown to me he had been frequenting bookies.”
Jeremy, you were an addict? Wow, but you hate addicts, you think they are scum of the earth who are too weak willed to take responsibility for their own actions. Does that mean you too are a slovenly piece of crap that everyone should treat like some dirt on their shoe, because that’s how you treat the guests on your show isn’t it?
So when you are on your programme in your ill fitting suit sneering at your “guests” and accusing them of all manner of shit, does it not ever strike you that you were once like them? And maybe, just maybe, in the back of your head, you should wonder to yourself occasionally if the people on your show deserve the humiliation they get from you in front of millions of people, or whether they are actually deserving of some pity and help. And by that I don’t mean a DNA test on National TV, or a quick counselling session behind the scenes, maybe it’s time you stopped using people’s misfortunes as light entertainment, and got yourself a proper job.
Kyle’s lawyer did issue a statement after the claims:
“Our client has made no secret of the fact that long ago he was addicted to gambling.”
“There can be no justification for publishing marital confidences on that basis. The events which you allege also took place some 17 years ago, which means that their publication also cannot possibly be justified on the basis that our client’s presentation of his show is ‘hypocritical’.”
Kyle has beaten his addiction and repaid the money he owed, but still, maybe he should look in the mirror next time he prepares to lay in to someone on his show.
And if you think this post is just a self opinionated tirade of inaccuracies and falsehoods, I learnt from the best and took my cue from Jeremy Kyle himself…

You know, sometimes you really don’t know who you are dating and what motivates them. But you can check them out if you want for free. It’s not hard to Google someone or whatever and see what they have been up to. Most of the time, it’s nothing, but it’s that once in a thousand change that there is. And if there is, wouldn’t you like to know? Me too
