19/05/2007 On The British Jukebox This Week…
Carrying on the attempt at educating anyone who thinks British music ended with The Beatles and The Rolling Stones, here is another selection of great music from the UK. It’s all handpicked by me, and whether you think it’s great, OK, or downright unlistenable, just let me know by using ye olde comment box down there!
Reef - Place Your hands
Feeder - Buck Rogers
Stereophonics - Maybe Tomorrow
Blur - Song 2
The Kinks - Waterloo Sunset
Let me know what you think of the above songs and bands. Have they travelled across the world and made it big in other countries? Have you ever even heard of them? What do you think of British music in general, good or a load of tripe? If any of the songs I’ve featured grabbed you, let me know and I’ll either feature more from that band or write a full feature on them.

I like a lot of this. I have always liked The Kinks. This Stereophonics song has made it’s way to my part of the world, too. Thanks for sharing all of these.
